Small on purpose. At 265mm tall and 130mm across this is a lamp for the spaces a normal table lamp cannot use: a shallow study nook, a bedside table already carrying a book and a phone, a bookshelf, or a hall table you still want to walk past.

It comes in grey, taupe or white, all three deliberately quiet, with a matching white drum shade. The scale and the neutral finishes make it an easy second lamp, the one you buy in a pair for either side of a bed or add to a room that is nearly right but has one dark corner left.

Being compact does not make it a token light. The straight drum shade spreads the light sideways rather than dropping it straight down, so it is genuinely useful for reading at close range. The on/off switch is on the white cord. It takes one E14 globe up to 40W, not included. Backed by a 1 year replacement guarantee.

Vera Table Lamp
Beautiful Lamps, unfortunately I didn’t read the dimensions,
and they are very small for my bedroom, ideally they would look great in a baby’s room.
