The Caliber is Pixel’s take on a proper architectural downlight without the usual price tag. This kit comes complete with a premium GU10 ceramic globe already matched to the fitting, so the whole thing feels like one integrated unit. You still get the huge benefit of a forever replaceable light source, but visually it reads as a single architectural piece.
The globe isn’t your standard plastic GU10. It’s a heavy ceramic body that feels like old school quality, with CRI 90 for true colour, smooth dimming, and selectable colour temps including 2700K, which you rarely see in a tri colour option. Light output is strong and clean, and the 60 degree beam works perfectly with the recessed trim to keep the glare low and the room evenly lit.
