For our recent project in Maroubra, we employed a diverse range of custom lighting solutions to enhance the space. We used LED strips and spotlights to beautifully illuminate artwork and art sculptures, creating a striking visual impact. The design elegantly combined white and brass fixtures, complementing the home's raw materials such as timber, steel, brass, and concrete. This thoughtful integration of lighting and materials brought a unique and sophisticated aesthetic to the space.
In recent years, Australia has witnessed a remarkable surge in the popularity of tiny houses. This trend, driven by a combination of economic, environmental, and lifestyle factors, reflects a significant shift in how Australians are choosing to live. We had the pleasure of collaborating on an exciting project with Base Cabin. The Shelby Cabin, designed by Shelby Lenehan, features a remarkable sense of openness as its main highlight. Our lighting selection perfectly complements this innovative design, showcasing a blend of modern lighting solutions that enhance the overall aesthetic and functionality of the space.

Located in Sydney's affluent eastern suburbs, our recent lighting design venture in Bellevue Hill was enhanced by collaborating with the highly talented interior design team at Made by Alas, drawing inspiration from the chic elegance of French Provincial Style.
The client's aim was to boost both the visual allure and practical functionality. They sought lighting that would highlight architectural elements, create a cozy indoor atmosphere, and provide efficient illumination for daily activities, all tailored to their unique taste.
To achieve these goals, we developed a lighting design featuring warm white colour temperature light with antique brass and off-white finishes. For the exterior, we incorporated architectural wall fixtures, step lights, and minimalistic landscape lighting to accentuate the home's features.
Inside, we carefully blended ambient, task, and accent lighting to enhance functionality. This included concealed LED strip lights in the kitchen, living room shelves, walk-in pantry, and bathroom niches, adding a touch of warmth. High-output dimmable deep recessed downlights were installed for general use, complemented by ultra-quiet DC ceiling fans. A classic crystal chandelier along the grand curved staircase serves as a stunning focal point, guiding with elegance and sophistication.
The result is a seamless blend of classic French provincial style with modern lighting solutions, creating a timeless and sophisticated living environment.
In a captivating project that fused history with modern elegance, we had the distinct honor of illuminating an historic church, dating back to circa 1880, nestled in a serene rural setting. This revered structure, rich in history and architectural beauty, presented a unique canvas for our lighting expertise. Collaborating with the esteemed "Selling Houses Australia" TV show, our mission was to enhance the church's timeless charm while incorporating a warm and inviting ambiance. Our approach was meticulously tailored, curating the perfect fittings that embodied the essence of country cottage lighting style. Through careful selection of warm, soft lighting and fixtures that echoed the church's rustic elegance, we succeeded in creating an enchanting atmosphere that honours the church's heritage and welcomes all who enter its historic doors.

Discover 12 Dove Lane, Warriewood, NSW, where we transformed Tom and Amanda's vision into reality with our bespoke lighting design. Our unique approach customized every aspect, from a foyer featuring a self-maintained, scaffold-free lighting cluster, to a wine rack illuminated with dotless strips for a magical effect. We integrated flexible lighting throughout, enhancing areas like the pantry, kitchen, and outdoor steps. Our tailored LED office lighting meets work-from-home needs. Complementing their modern home, our clients chose the sleek DC Noosa fan in black, ensuring comfort all year. Eager for their next project in Orange, NSW, we're ready to illuminate their journey again!
In the radiant project of the Sun-Drenched North Facing Waterfront Luxe, strategic lighting elevates the architectural brilliance of this approximately 750-square, waterfront residence. The thoughtful illumination accentuates high ceilings and vast spaces, enhancing the engineered oak flooring and unique design elements. This approach brings to life the home's luxurious features, including five oversized bedrooms with private ensuites and dual master suites.
The lighting design highlights the seamless flow from the expansive living areas to the European-style kitchen, and out to the alfresco entertaining area. It not only showcases the indoor elegance but also extends to outdoor features like the heated pool, spa, and private 45' berth. This project demonstrates how innovative lighting transforms waterfront living into an unforgettable experience, perfect for sophisticated entertaining.
In our latest project with the TV hit Love It or List It, we teamed up with designer Neale Whitaker to revitalize an Earlwood home with modern brass lighting. Our designs added contemporary flair while maintaining the house's cozy charm, balancing style and comfort.

In our latest project for the gym S30 in Surry Hills, Sydney, we had the opportunity to help create a modern and progressive atmosphere by installing RGB coloured LED strip lighting throughout the gym. Our team worked closely with the gym's management to ensure that the lighting design would complement the gym's branding and contribute to the desired aesthetic.
The LED strip lighting was carefully selected to provide a range of colours that would create a dynamic and engaging atmosphere for gym-goers. From deep blues and purples to bright pinks and greens, the lighting design was intended to create a sense of energy and excitement.
Our lighting designer worked tirelessly to ensure that the LED strip lighting was installed in a way that would highlight the gym's features without creating any awkward shadows or harsh lighting. The end result was a space that looked and felt modern, sleek, and inviting.

Recently, we had the pleasure of supplying lighting for an art deco-inspired renovation project in Sunshine West, Victoria. The style of the renovation was characterized by the use of brass, navy, clean white lines, and intricate cornicing, all of which worked together to create a stunning and elegant aesthetic.
Working closely with the interior designer, we were able to provide lighting that not only complemented the style of the renovation but also enhanced the overall atmosphere of the space. We carefully selected fixtures that were both functional and aesthetically pleasing, ensuring that they would provide ample illumination while also adding to the visual appeal of the room.
In particular, we focused on creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, using soft lighting to highlight key features of the space and create a sense of intimacy and relaxation. By paying close attention to every detail of the lighting design, we were able to bring this art deco renovation to a truly great finish, leaving both our client and the interior designer thrilled with the results.
We recently had the pleasure of working with Asquith Club in Hornsby, where we supplied and installed 60 meters of LED festoon lights. The goal of the project was to enhance the ambiance and feel of the space, and we are proud to say that we achieved just that. Our team meticulously designed and installed the festoon lights to create a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. The result was a warm and inviting atmosphere that complemented the club's aesthetic perfectly. The festoon lights created a festive and celebratory vibe that was perfect for the space.
We're thrilled to have had the opportunity to work on this project and are proud of the result we achieved. The Asquith Club now has a beautifully lit space that can be enjoyed for years to come.
With its sleek, modern exterior, the client wanted to ensure that this house was environmentally conscious. For their lighting design, we used LED strip lights to create a seamless flow between indoors and out, while also casting beautiful shadows on walls which matched perfectly with our high CRI warm white light, illuminating dark timber flooring inside and giving off great natural brightness from all angles.
I'm not even kidding when I say our lighting designer had her work cut out for herself, making sure all fittings were shaped to match and to not have light shadows on the wall oddly shaped. This Modern home is a perfect representation of contemporary architecture and design, it was an absolute pleasure working with John on this project.

The Lighting Outlet was delighted to be chosen as the supplier for this trendy new art gallery in St Leonards. We were able to provide LED track lighting due its adjustable features, thus enabling us to perfectly position it above displayed artwork.
The client also opted for a high CRI 90 LED fitting so that colours could remain true and vivid; providing an ideal showcase opportunity at opening night - where we had the great honour of being invited! It's projects like these that keep our team motivated day after day.

We started with brass finishes, choosing rich colors and bold geometric patterns. We sourced luxurious materials like brass and silk glass. Sarah was an essential part of the team, contributing to the concept design, development layouts, sourcing and the procurement. Thanks to her hard work, we were able to create a truly unique Art Deco styled home that perfectly reflected the client's vision.
The Lighting Outlet worked closely with our client Salma to create a charming blend of classical French themes and modern touches that embody the essence of French Provincial.
Combinations like bold black finishes, silky glass textures, overstated crystals, gloss brass, exposed timber and intricate mouldings on cornices and skirting boards come together in perfect harmony for an enduring elegance reminiscent of country living. Wrought iron features complete this unique look sure to stand out from the crowd! Working in collaboration with Salma and Lego Builders has been a thrilling experience, delivering an amazing result steeped in this classic style. We are beyond grateful for the opportunity!
