We offer a flat $11.95 shipping rate for most metro areas around Australia. If your postcode does not fall into this category, shipping will be calculated at checkout - It's normally not much extra.
Orders with items that require to be ordered can take 3-5 business days to dispatch. Delivery times will vary depending on location (Please see below)
Orders must be a minimum of $200 for us to process. Each country may have importing taxes, it is the customers responsibility to look into their country's importing tax. Australia's 10% GST (goods and service tax) will be removed from orders. Orders must be shipped internationally for the GST to be removed.
Package lengths 2 meters or more will incur a $30 freight charge. This covers the courier's excess size charge and covers heavy duty packing materials needed to send your package safely.

We bought 2 x 72” Albatross DC fans for the patios. They are whisper quiet, have 5 speeds and look amazing (although the plastic remotes could do with an upgrade). We will certainly be buying them again.

We purchased the black fan and are very happy. It is stylish, quiet and the light brightness is adjustable which is nice for those evening bbqs.

Looks so good in our main living area ordered the longer rod as we had a raked ceiling. It is the centrepiece of the whole area and what makes it sweeter was the service was awesome and we had a quick delivery thanks again !!!!

A beautiful design that has made our two large outdoor areas an inviting area. The wind speed is exactly what we wanted. We love that we can dim the lights and have it on a timer too! Very very happy with our purchase after it was a bit of a risk ordering such a pricey product online.

We love the fan and the 'look' we were after. Initially I was worried that we couldn't get white, so went with black. We are so glad we did. It gave our sunroom a finished and a quietly understated look.

We haven’t had it installed in our new build house yet (still being built) but this looks like it will do the job nicely. Bulbs easy to replace and easy to change the colour temp. Looking forward to seeing it in action. Quality looks great and order was ready for pickup quickly. People were lovely to deal with and product was very well packed too. Five stars all around!
