As the cases of COVID-19 are starting to increase we would like to share some insightful information in regard to changes which will be happening at The Lighting Outlet.
Your safety is our priority.
We are still taking & dispatching online orders.
We are still taking & dispatching phone orders.
We are no longer accepting in store pickups.
Customer support staff are working from home where they can.
We continue to reinforce our strict hygiene practises and are closely monitoring advice from the Government. Limiting contact during the delivery process will help keep everyone healthy. As a result our roller door is shut for couriers, where they are to leave all packages out the front. This area is closely monitored by our surveillance system.
