TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE "JET SET GETAWAY" PROMOTION
INTRODUCTION: The "Jet Set Getaway" promotion (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion") is governed by these official rules (hereinafter referred to as "Terms and Conditions"). By entering the Promotion, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
PROMOTION DURATION: The Promotion runs from 12:01 AM (AEST) on 1st July 2023 to 11:59 PM (AEST) on 31st July 2023.
ELIGIBILITY: This Promotion is open to all residents of the eligible states in Australia who are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Employees, directors, officers, and agents of the Promoter and its related companies are not eligible to participate.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter, eligible participants must purchase any qualifying branded product from our website during the Promotion period. Entry is automatic upon purchase; no additional action is needed. Each purchase equals one entry.
PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded consisting of a Jet Set Getaway valued at up to $1,500. The Prize will be a travel voucher for a P&O cruise ship getaway departing from you home state. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Promoter.
WINNER SELECTION: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion period. The winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days after the drawing.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: The Prize is not transferable, and no cash or other substitution is allowed except by the Promoter, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the Prize is not available for any reason as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion. The winner is responsible for any and all other costs and expenses not listed above.
DATA PROTECTION: By entering the Promotion, you agree that the Promoter may use your personal data for the purposes of administrating this Promotion.
DISPUTES: By entering the Promotion, you agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action.
