We offer a flat $11.95 shipping rate for most metro areas around Australia. If your postcode does not fall into this category, shipping will be calculated at checkout - It's normally not much extra.

Long Lengths

Package lengths 2 meters or more will incur a $30 freight charge. This covers the courier's excess size charge and covers heavy duty packing materials needed to send your package safely.

Nice light but terrible returns policy!

The light is fine but with renovations come changes that can’t be planned. So now I have a light that doesn’t fit the space, don’t see a suitable replacement on the website but can only get store credit. Guess I’m selling it on gumtree!

Wow factor lighting

This is the most beautiful light I have ever purchased. I’ve been looking for a spectacular light for a long time and finally found it. The Lighting Outlet price was so much better than the well known lighting store. Excellent delivery service, and I paid the small amount for insurance just to make sure it didn’t get broken in transit. Thanks again to The Lighting Outlet.

Very nice on a black ceiling

My wife chose this one and wow does it look great. We put it on a dimmer and works a treat. Sets the mood nicely in our bedroom with Taubman's Mojo Matt Black Ceiling and walls.
