We offer a flat $11.95 shipping rate for most metro areas around Australia. If your postcode does not fall into this category, shipping will be calculated at checkout - It's normally not much extra.

International Customers

Orders must be a minimum of $200 for us to process. Each country may have importing taxes, it is the customers responsibility to look into their country's importing tax. Australia's 10% GST (goods and service tax) will be removed from orders. Orders must be shipped internationally for the GST to be removed.

Long Lengths

Package lengths 2 meters or more will incur a $30 freight charge. This covers the courier's excess size charge and covers heavy duty packing materials needed to send your package safely.

All good but with minor issue

Everything was quick and easy, especially PayPal on check out: no need to complete all these forms as a new customer. But. The shop charges a few bucks for protection packaging with every but. In my case 2 tiny 5cm boxes were free flying inside half foot long cardboard tube - no good, full it in with paper next time, thanks.

Super helpful staff and fast delivery

I wasn't sure what bulb I needed to replace my rangehood and Matthew at the Lighting Outlet was super helpful when I called. I sent an email of my existing bulb and he confirmed quickly the type of bulb I needed. Postage was also quick from the time I placed my order.

Good quality product at a great price
