We offer a flat $11.95 shipping rate for most metro areas around Australia. If your postcode does not fall into this category, shipping will be calculated at checkout - It's normally not much extra.
Orders with items that require to be ordered can take 3-5 business days to dispatch. Delivery times will vary depending on location (Please see below)
Orders must be a minimum of $200 for us to process. Each country may have importing taxes, it is the customers responsibility to look into their country's importing tax. Australia's 10% GST (goods and service tax) will be removed from orders. Orders must be shipped internationally for the GST to be removed.
Package lengths 2 meters or more will incur a $30 freight charge. This covers the courier's excess size charge and covers heavy duty packing materials needed to send your package safely.

I searched high and low for stylish low-profile clean simple fans and found these Martec ones which were by far the most stylish for a reasonable price (especially when we bought them during a sale so got $120 off). Buying online without seeing them in person felt a bit risky but we needn't have worried. They look great, are super quiet, are remote controllable, are close to the ceiling and not too bulky and best of all they have a warm LED light when switched to the 3000k setting (I hate the usual cool blue fluoro LED temperature) so they tick all the boxes. Very happy camper!!

We have a low roof and replaced all our fans 9 all up with these low profile units. They look great and sit neat and high up. The unit is well mounted And quiet. Our electrician was also impressed. The only problem was the Martel markings on the switch which can’t be removed. Ours had to be mounted horizontal and the markings are vertical meaning the markings are now sideways. Other than that very happy.
