Orders with items that require to be ordered can take 3-5 business days to dispatch. Delivery times will vary depending on location (Please see below)
Orders must be a minimum of $200 for us to process. Each country may have importing taxes, it is the customers responsibility to look into their country's importing tax. Australia's 10% GST (goods and service tax) will be removed from orders. Orders must be shipped internationally for the GST to be removed.
Package lengths 2 meters or more will incur a $30 freight charge. This covers the courier's excess size charge and covers heavy duty packing materials needed to send your package safely.

Purchased this tan as my electrician recommended, searched online and these guys definitely had the best price. Fan is great! Super quiet and lighting level is an extra feature, which I love as I like a dull light but have the option to brighten it. Will be purchasing more of these for my house. 🤩 Bonus was fast delivery!

Very sleek and quiet. Electrician fitted 4 in an afternoon. The lights are as bright or dim as you want them to be.
Great service as I ordered wrong fans but this was fixed quickly.

A last minute idea to update the fan in the living room to complete a kitchen renovation! The teak fan was a great addition, matching in with the wooden handles in kitchen the darker wood look flow through to the living room space too.
Very happy with the colour and style of the fan. Nice and quiet.

Couldn't ask for anything more. So quiet & cheap to operate with the conversion to 12V. I doubt this fan will operate above number 2 setting, even on the hottest of nights.
